Meet Your Instructor
İsmail Sağır
Turkish theatre director, actor, acting coach, and stage artist with over 15 years of professional experience.
İsmail Sağır began his theater education in 2006 and has been a member of the renowned Kumbaracı50 Theatre since 2009. He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Performing Arts from Istanbul Aydın University.
Since 2017, he has served as an acting instructor within Kumbaracı50's long-running actor training program, mentoring emerging performers while continuing his professional work as an actor and director.
Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous acclaimed productions including Animal Farm, Macbeth, Cyrano de Bergerac, NSU, Europe, and The Merchant of Venice, collaborating with some of Türkiye's leading independent theatre companies.

His training combines classical acting techniques with contemporary physical theatre, improvisation, script analysis, character development, and on-camera performance.
Students will benefit from an intensive studio environment inspired by professional conservatory training while working toward a final showcase and professionally filmed scenes.
